Pilgrimage for Life - January


Join us and 300,000 people from across the country at the March for Life in Washington, D.C.!

This event is a 3-day pilgrimage open to youth in grades 7 through 12. The trip includes museum and monument tours, Mass with Bishop Cunningham at the National Basilica, and attendance at the Life is Very Good Evening of Prayer!

Good Friday Stations of the Cross

 

Youth, families, and young adults are invited to join Bishop Robert Cunningham in praying the Stations of the Cross on Good Friday evening. Join us at 6:30 pm for a candlelight outdoor service at Christ the King Retreat House in Syracuse.  A pizza dinner will be provided following the service.

Steubenville Summer Conference

 

This summer, 50,000 young people from all over the United States will attend a Steubenville Youth Conference.  Join the Syracuse Diocesan Youth Office as we travel to Steubenville Main Campus for a life-changing, faith-rejuvenating weekend along with 2200 other young people coming together to draw closer to Christ and renew their faith.  The weekend is packed with engaging presentations, concerts, prayer and opportunities to encounter the Lord in Adoration and Confession.

This event is open to youth in grades 9-12.



Middle School Summer Pilgrimage to Niagara Falls

 

Come join the Diocese of Syracuse Office of Youth and Young Adult Ministry on a special summer pilgrimage for middle school students!  We will visit Niagara Falls, ride the Maid of the Mist or see the Cave of the Winds, visit a Marian Shrine for Mass, and end the day with pizza and games! 

This event is open to boys and girls entering grades 6 through 8.


 
Fall Middle School Rallies

 

Join youth from your area this fall for food, fun, and faith at our Regional Rally! With a special guest speaker and Praise and Worship, this is a great way to kick off the school year.

Open to youth in grades 7 and 8. Parents are encouraged to attend!



NCYC (Biennial Event)

 

The National Catholic Youth Conference is a powerful, biennial, three-day experience of prayer, community, and empowerment for Catholic teenagers (of high school age) and their adult chaperones.  Join the Syracuse Diocese Delegation and don't miss the powerful talks, informative and inspiring workshops, music, and of course experiencing the sacraments with over 20,000 young Catholics from around the US!  

Youth participants must be a current high school student (grades 9 through 12) at the time of registration.
