With over 23 years of law enforcement experience, including eight years in leadership roles, Julie K. Netzband has proven success in managing patrol teams, investigations, and specialized operations. As a retired Deputy Sheriff Lieutenant, she has led major crime investigations, high-risk search warrants, narcotics operations, and electronic surveillance. She has worked as a Criminal Investigator, Victim Assistant and Witness Coordinator, and Director of the Madison County Children’s Advocacy Center. Ms. Netzband has extensive expertise in investigative strategy, team leadership, reporting, and effective communication, and holds numerous certifications in areas such as child abuse investigations, narcotics, and internet crimes against children. Her awards include the Madison County Chairman’s Medal and the Law Enforcement Officer of the Year. Additionally, Ms. Netzband is currently a Safe Environment Facilitator for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Syracuse.
Ms. Netzband graduated from Mohawk Valley Community College with a degree in Criminal Justice.
