The Advisory Board of Mother Marianne's West Side Kitchen at St. Joseph/St. Patrick’s Church in Utica is seeking a dedicated individual who would be willing to accept the position of Director of the Mother Marianne’s West Side Kitchen. The position will require regular and consistent (but not necessarily daily) support of the volunteers, insuring that the process of preparing and providing meals to our guests is consistent with Dept. of Health regulations, ordering and picking up of food and other supplies, ensuring a clean and sanitized environment for all, regularly reviewing facility to ensure a safe, comfortable and welcoming facility, recruiting and training new volunteers, and working closely with the Board to ensure continuity of quality and loving service to our guests. A small weekly stipend will be provided to the director, but the reality is that this is a work of love, a ministry for someone who wants to give back and to help those who are less fortunate.
