Opportunities for Adults in their 20's & 30's (Married & Single)
Good Friday Stations of the Cross:
Young adults (single, married, and families) are invited to join Bishop Cunningham in praying the Stations of the Cross on Good Friday, April 3, at Christ the King Retreat Center in Syracuse. We will mark Good Friday with a powerful and beautiful candlelight service, followed by a pizza dinner for all attendees. There is no cost to attend this event, but advance registration is required. You can sign up by clicking here!

Beginning Young Adult Ministry in your parish is easier than you think. We offer a start-up process (developed in the diocese of Richmond), tailored to your parish that recruites both the adult parishoneers you need to run it, as well as connecting you to resources/events to help your ministry grow.

Young Adults in their 20’s & 30’s make up the largest demographic in the Catholic church. These individuals are considerably less religious than older Catholics. In response to this crisis of faith the New Evangelization seeks to re-convert the already baptized through “new methods, ardor and expression”. To assist parishes in these endeavors the Syracuse Diocesan Office of Youth and Young Adult Ministry is offering grants to parishes, or groups of parishes, for the 2013-2014 fiscal year.
