Tribunal

The Diocesan Tribunal is the court of the Diocese of Syracuse. It is competent to hear cases related to spiritual matters and violations of ecclesiastical law. The most common case heard by the Tribunal are petitions for declarations of nullity of a marriage. (annulments)
